We hail from the traditional Nattukottai Nagarathar Chettair Community of Devakottai. Our founder Late Sri O.RM.M.SP.SV.A. Annamalai Chettiar was noted for his Piety, Charity, Philanthropy, Social Consciousness and Boundless magnamity. His business acumen and good experience in Banking, Investment, Real Estate and Property Development paved the way for his success. However, his priorities remained focused on service to mankind, religion, education and health. He was the recipient of Bharath Udyog Award for Socio-Economic Contribution in 1993. Sri Sevugan Annamalai College for Arts and Science Devakottai, founded by him in 1972 bears testimony to his sense of Social Responsibility, for the College does not collect any Capitation fee from its students.

ABOUT PROMOTER
Sevugan is the Managing Director of SV.A Heritage Constructions Pvt Ltd, a property developer company which leverages his family land banks into revenue generating commercial and residential properties. From the year 2009 he’s learning the construction sector. Sevugan has a special interest in renovating old assets and has been excelling in it. After gaining a decade experience, now his company promotes structures for 3rd party clients.
Sevugan has been developing and managing properties in Thanjavur, Tuticorin, Karaikudi, Devakottai, Madurai, Chennai and Malaysia. SVA Heritage has a CSR policy to renovate Government Schools at the near by location of their project site. Before devoting his work full time @ SVA Heritage, Sevugan was managing a retail store for construction materials in Thanjavur and his joint family owned coffee plantation near Theni Town for a decade. He was an active Rotarian, Round Tabler and has been The Chairman in both the forums | He is the Chapter Chairman for the year 2022 @ Young Indians CII-YI Madurai | Managing Committee member, Sree Sevugan Annamalai College for Arts and Science, Devakottai | Independent Director @VTM Ltd, Virudunagar | Member of The Cosmopolitan club, Chennai and The Union Club, Madurai. Sevugan likes to spend more time with students, deliver motivational, self confidence, positive thinking, body language speeches. Loves travelling and observing nature. Meditation and physical fitness are his passion.
